4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | OCTOBER 2026 By Ken Kupetsky, SDV Treasurer We all have enough things to remember each month. Paying your HOA assessment doesn't have to be one of them. Solera homeowners can sign up for free recurring automatic payments (ACH) directly from a checking account through the Owner Portal. Once set up, your regular assessment is automatically withdrawn from your checking account each month. Why Sign Up for Automatic Payments? Never forget a payment. Your assessment is paid automatically each month. There is no need to remember the due date, write a check, buy a stamp, or log in every month to make a payment. Avoid accidental late payments. Vacations, holidays, and busy schedules can make it easy to overlook a bill. Automatic payment helps ensure your regular assessment is paid on time. Your payment automatically adjusts when assessments change. This is an important advantage over setting up a fixed recurring payment through your bank. If the regular HOA assessment changes, the automatic payment amount adjusts with it. You don't have to remember to change the amount yourself, helping prevent payments for the wrong amount. Save time and postage. No checks, envelopes, stamps, or monthly payment processing. In addition, there is no charge for using recurring ACH payments. Signing Up Is Easy 1. Log in to the Solera Diamond Valley Community Association Owner Portal at commarea.cincwebaxis.com. If you have not previously used the Owner Portal, you may first need to set up your online account. 2. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select "Register or Edit Free Recurring Auto Payment." 3. Turn on "Automatic ACH." 4. Select "Checking Account" and enter and confirm your bank's 9-digit routing number and account number. (The portal includes an illustration showing where to find the routing and account numbers on a check.) 5. Enter your name in the "Signature" field and click "Submit." Important: Your HOA account must have a zero or credit balance before you can enroll. If you currently have an amount due, use "Pay Assessments" first and then return to the automatic payment registration page. Once you're enrolled, that's it — your regular monthly assessment can take care of itself, including adjusting automatically when the assessment amount changes. One less bill to remember. One less check to write. One less item on your monthly to-do list. Make Paying Your HOA Assessments Easier with Automatic Payments
