Join our community team Terramor Tata's where our community will once again come together to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones, and raise funds that make a meaningful impact. About our Community Team: The Terramor Tatas are proud to be a team of neighbors united by one mission: supporting Support Sisterz, a 501(c)(3) a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families who are facing breast or gynecological cancer. Every fundraiser we host is planned, organized, and staffed entirely by volunteers who generously donate their time and talents. Because of this incredible volunteer spirit, 100% of our net proceeds are donated directly to Support Sisterz and their annual Combat Cancer Walk. Together, we are providing hope, encouragement, and practical support to those navigating one of life's greatest challenges. Submitted by Lorie Boutboul The Terramor Tatas 55+ One of the things I love most about living in Terramor is that we strive to be more than just a collection of houses. We're working together to build a COMMUNITY. And that can't happen by accident. It happens when neighbors have opportunities to meet one another, share their experiences, and build friendships. When my family first moved to Terramor, Friends of Terramor played a huge role in helping us feel at home here. Through neighborhood events, we met families we'd otherwise only pass on the walking trails. We found familiar faces, made lasting friendships, and started feeling like we really belonged. Friends of Terramor was founded by my friend, Martina, whose vision was simple: create fun, social events that bring neighbors of all ages and experiences together. When Martina had to step down, she asked if I would continue with the group. I accepted because I didn't want to see something that had meant so much to my family disappear. As Terramor has grown, so has our community. We have young children, teenagers, parents, grandparents, and residents of every age in between. While many wonderful clubs serve specific interests or age groups, there are very few opportunities created simply to bring everyone together. I believe those opportunities are worth cultivating and preserving because they give new residents a place to start, create lasting memories for families, and strengthen the connections that make Terramor such a special place to live. That's what Friends is all about. Whether it's our annual family Halloween celebration, a Galentine's get together, or one of our bimonthly mixers, my goal is to create opportunities for neighbors of every age to connect and enjoy the place we all call home. I'm grateful to Martina and Friends of Terramor for everything we've built together and for trusting me to carry it forward. My hope isn't to reinvent the organization — it's to continue the welcoming spirit that made it so meaningful to my family and, I know, to many others. Great Terramor Boo Bash: Mark your calendar for the Great Terramor Boo Bash on Fri., Oct. 24. This annual Halloween party will feature games, crafts, costumes, refreshments, and plenty of festive fun for Terramor residents. Wine Down & Catch Up Mixer (21+ only): Join friends and neighbors for the next Wine Down & Catch Up Mixer on Wed., Nov. 19, at 6:30 pm on the Veranda. The club plans to continue hosting these mixers every other month on the third Thursday at 6:30 pm. All Terramor residents are welcome to attend.
