FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2026 5 In addition to the Breeze magazine, Four Seasons Beaumont offers several ways to stay informed, share feedback, and participate in community decisions. From resident surveys to committee and Board meetings, these resources can help you keep up with important information and make your voice heard. The Daily Report is emailed Monday through Friday and covers committee meetings, community news, and other important information. The Activities Blast, sent every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, highlights dances, parties, classes, and social events. Special editions of the Daily Report are also sent when residents need to know about urgent changes. The community periodically sends surveys to all residents so committees and the BOD can better understand residents' priorities. For example, the January 2026 survey asked for feedback about the canine corral. Responding to surveys is one of the most direct ways to ensure that your opinions and comments are heard. When the BOD considers a guideline change, civil code requires residents to have an opportunity to comment. A special Daily Report will announce a 28-day homeowner input period for the proposed change. Resident responses help the BOD understand how the community views the proposal. Before Dec. 1 each year, every resident receives an annual report containing the operating budget, the reserve study summary, assessments for the upcoming year, and the collection and enforcement policy. Because this report explains important financial and policy matters, every resident should review it carefully. Four Seasons Beaumont currently has nine committees. Most meet monthly, while the Architectural Review Committee meets twice a month. Landscape walks take place every Friday morning to review the community's appearance, and a Conservancy walk is held once a month. Committees gather information, obtain bids when needed, and make recommendations for the BOD to consider. All committee meetings are open to residents and offer an excellent way to learn about proposed projects. The BOD holds an open session on the second Thursday of each month at 1 pm in the Ballroom, where community business is conducted. Committees provide updates on their work and present proposals for the BOD to consider. Before the meeting begins, each homeowner may provide up to three minutes of input. Residents who cannot attend can watch the recording distributed through the Daily Report. Because the BOD cannot engage in direct dialogue with homeowners during a meeting when a quorum is present, Meet with the Board offers a more conversational alternative. The meeting is held on the third Wednesday of each month at 2 pm in the Ballroom and is open to all residents. Three Board members are available to answer questions, except those involving pending contracts or litigation. The Board Chairpersons meeting is held at 10 am in the Ballroom on the Monday before the Board meeting and is open to all residents. During the meeting, each chairperson reports on current projects, provides status updates to the BOD, and coordinates with other committees involved in those projects. Board members and chairpersons also discuss the work underway, and each homeowner may provide up to three minutes of input. Residents have many opportunities to share their thoughts and concerns about community projects and the work of the committees and the BOD. Your participation helps the community understand residents' priorities and make better- informed decisions. Choose one or two meetings to attend each month, stay informed, and make your voice heard. The next time you visit the RCN Management Office, look for the BOD members' business cards, which include their contact information. The BOD is happy to take your phone calls with concerns or ideas.
