Our last night of games is Nov. 10. We spend much of our lives building wealth. We save for retirement, invest in our homes, build careers and businesses, and plan for the future. But Jack LaLanne spent a lifetime reminding people that there is one investment more valuable than all the others: your health. Because what good is financial security if you don't have the strength and vitality to enjoy it? What good is retirement if your health prevents you from traveling, playing with your grandchildren, pursuing your passions, or simply living independently? Your health account works much like a financial account. Every workout, every walk, every healthy meal, and every good night's sleep is a deposit. Every time you choose movement instead of sitting, you're investing in your future. And those investments compound. Not in dollars and cents, but in something even more valuable: strength, energy, mobility, confidence, and independence. Jack understood this decades before longevity became a popular conversation. He wasn't exercising simply to build muscles. He was building a reserve for the future. That's one reason he remained remarkably active throughout his later years. The lesson for all of us is simple: Don't wait until your health account is running low before you begin making deposits. Invest while you're healthy. Build strength before you desperately need it. Protect your mobility while you still have it. Create healthy habits today that your future self will benefit from tomorrow. You can always earn more money and replace many of the things you own, but you only get one body. Treat it like the priceless asset it is. Because when all is said and done , your health is your greatest wealth. Congrats to those who participated in the Gym Club Senior Olympics Fitness and Weightlifting Event. The results are below.
