FOUR SEASONS AT TERRA LAGO ROADRUNNER | NOVEMBER 2026 7 By the IEDC Pool Committee - Cindy Otis, Lillian Carr, and Vail Roe The Interior Exterior Design Committee (IEDC) is at work again! This time, we've turned our attention to one of the community's favorite gathering spots, the outdoor pool and pool deck. We've given the pool area a fresh new look with a splashy and stylish combination of blues, teals, and grays, creating a comfortable, contemporary resort-like atmosphere that invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful surroundings under the shade of our new cabana covers and enhanced pool deck. And there is more than just a new look! We've rearranged the furniture to create a more inviting and functional space, with stationary umbrellas over the outdoor patio tables, movable umbrellas for the lounge chairs, and two cantilever umbrellas providing shade over the pool. So, whether you're enjoying a conversation with friends, relaxing with a good book, or taking a dip in the pool, there is now a little more shade and comfort to go around. We also added bench seating at the outdoor spa area for your beach towels, beverages, or sitting! One of the biggest improvements is something you may not notice right away but will certainly appreciate over time. Our new umbrellas and cabanas are commercial-grade and built to withstand our harsh desert elements, providing greater durability and longevity. That is a welcome change from the previous umbrellas we had to replace almost every year due to wind damage and wear. The result is a pool deck that feels fresh, comfortable, and vacation-ready, while also designed to stand the test of time. So, the next time you're looking for a place to relax, cool off, and enjoy a little resort-style living, take a look at our "new" outdoor pool! We hope you all enjoy the new design and the inviting atmosphere for many years to come. See What's New at the Outdoor Pool!
