| LIFE IN SOLERA | NOVEMBER 2026 | 3 FROM THE BOARD B Willi Hil As most of you know, the weather is predicted to be rainy and wet, with the possibility of flooding. One of the preps we do here at Solera Oak Valley is regularly clearing our catch basin of debris. As a homeowner, this would be a good time to make sure your gutters and front and back yards drains are cleaned out of debris. There are items you can have on hand to protect from water getting indoors through doors and patio.
