Event Systems Home Tours sponsored by our committee have become a very popular event here in Four Seasons, as well as a lucrative fundraiser for the community. We are pleased to announce the date of Saturday, Dec. 14, for our Annual Holiday Home Tour. Please mark your calendar for this fun event. There are loads of new residents that have moved into the neighborhood in recent months and we would like to tap your talents! If you are looking for something rewarding to do that doesn't take a lot of your time, please consider volunteering with us. Our job is the setting up and monitoring of the audio and visual equipment you see used in Amphitheater and Ballroom productions. This includes the sound boards and stage. Center North. The process is moving along very well and the committee thanks all who have submitted ideas. Design architects will submit bids for review and a selection will be made to evaluate the requests that have been submitted. The Board of Directors approved our current committee members for a new term. You are invited to attend our meetings on the third Thursday of every month at 9 am in the Lodge Conference Room. ~Ron Morgan, Chairperson Safety & Facilities At our August meeting, a number of projects were discussed. An inspection report of the Lodge and Springdale's was reviewed. A Bocce Ball maintenance project was presented. As the facilities age, there is a need for ongoing appraisal of the Lodge and surrounding grounds. We see enduring maintenance for the Lodge and the grounds of Four Seasons Beaumont. Praise of staff and management in inspections, continual reviews of projects and the general upkeep of our facilities is greatly appreciation.
