Architectural Review
Finance Committee
We met in July and reviewed the Financial Statements for
June. They reflected the following significant items: Net
Income Year-to-Date was $131,044 and total reserves were
$3,651,447. The Accounts Receivable (delinquencies) was
$63,509. Our total HOA expenses for May (excluding reserve
allocations) were $195,851. This was under budget by $21,331.
There was one CD renewal to be reviewed. The Front Yard
Cost Center expenses for June were over the monthly budget
by $1,220, water being the main contributor. There were no
vendor proposals presented for approval. Wayne Staples
reported on the past due accounts. Current owners were
15 and former owners eight. Our next regularly scheduled
meeting will be held Sept. 24, at 1 pm in the Lodge Conference
Room. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. ~ Noel

We are comprised of seven homeowners and a liaison
from the Board of Directors. We meet the first and third
Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am. This month we meet
Sept. 4 and 18. We review between 30 to 40 applications per
month to verify that improvements meet the HOA guidelines.
Just a short reminder exterior modification: revision or
improvement to your property may require approval from
the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Examples are
walkways, planters, patios, patio covers, satellite dishes,
screen doors, front entry doors, plants in your front and
rear yard, especially trees. When in doubt, speak to Mari at
the Lodge office. Applications for improvement submittal
to ARC are also available at the Lodge office. Applications
must be submitted prior to
noon Monday, preceding the
meeting for consideration
that week.
You are always welcome to
attend one of the meetings to
see how the process works.
