Cherie Riley of the Riley's Apple Orchard family and proprietor of Cottage Clothiers and will share with us intimate apparel, day and evening attire and accessories worn by women in the 1800s. In contrast with the past, Heather Keesling from the Dress Barn of Moreno Valley will present the lovely fashions of today. Ticket price is $27.50 RULE CHANGE #13-004: Rule changes concerning Recreational Vehicle Storage Area Rules and Regulations. The Board reviewed the following proposed amendment, to the Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association General Statement of Rules and Regulations that appear in the Association's 2013 Local Phone Book, Sun Lakes Edition (reference pages 23-27), at its July open session meeting. The Board will vote upon the proposed amendment at its Oct. 17, Open Session Meeting, following publication. If the Board votes in favor of the proposed rule change it would go into effect Fri., Nov. 1. Changes are reflected in bold, italic and underlined print. 1G. Requests for exceptions to the rules and special appeals must be submitted in writing to the RVSA Advisory Committee. 4. Rules of Allocation: g. Any exceptions to the Rules of Allocation must be submitted in writing to the RVSA Advisory Committee. On a space available basis, at the sole discretion of the Committee, a SLCC resident may request in writing the storage of non-conforming vehicle. If after inspection, it's approved, the vehicle will be subject to the standard lot lease rate and all existing rules and regulations. These leases will only be granted from the initial date to the end of the calendar year. Renewal will depend on the space requirements for the succeeding year. Requests for other exceptions to the rules of allocation must be submitted to the committee in writing. 8. Use of the wash rack and/or dump station is limited to one hour. After one hour, any additional clean-up, detailing and or waxing shall be done at the lessee's space or home. Vendors, contractors, maintenance and repair personnel are restricted to access from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and must be accompanied by the Lessee granting access at all times. Any SLCC resident who is not currently a RVSA lessee and who wishes to use the wash rack and/or dump facilities may do so by contacting the SLCC administration office. A SLCC resident who is the registered owner of an RV and who is an owner of an RV and who is not currently a RVSA lessee may use the wash rack and/or dump facilities. The owner must contact the SLCC Administration for access.
