Neighborhood Watch
We would like to welcome any new members and thank all
Block Captains for their continued support in helping to keep
our neighborhood a safe place to live by being the "Eyes and
Ears."
Thanks to all who came to our last bi-monthly meeting on
Sept. 11, where we gave a moment of silence to all 9/11 victims.
Thanks went out to all services fighting our fires and to our
guest speaker.
Upcoming events to mark on your calendar are:
Community Garage Sale is on Sat., Oct. 5, and although this
can be fun we caution you to be aware of your possessions and
people passing through the community.
Block Captain Meeting to be held on Sat., Oct. 12, at 9
am. This will be our first meeting of its kind and will be an
informative and supportive meeting to our resident Block
14
Captains who do an awesome job of communicating with our
residents and are the "Eyes and Ears" for their Block.
AB109 Early Release of Prisoners. This will replace our
morning Neighborhood Watch Meeting and will be held on
Wed., Nov. 13, at 6 pm in the Ballroom. We will have the District
Attorney and Sheriff for Riverside County along with our local
Chief of Police to represent us in this meeting. We all need
to know more on this subject and any questions or concerns
will be addressed at the end. We are expecting a big show of
support for this event!
As always our thanks to all who support the Neighborhood
Watch Program and continue to look out for each other as our
beautiful neighborhood continues to grow. If you are interested
in becoming a Block Captain, please contact Susan Wilson at
(951) 922-0747. ~ Susan Wilson
