Serving the Community
District Delegate elections will take place in February,
2014. Interested candidates need to submit an application
by Jan. 17. A list of delegate areas will be included in the
December Breeze. The District Delegates are needed in
order to comply with the CC&R requirements for voting
procedures.
The District Delegates' function is to cast the votes at
the annual meeting for the election of Board members. In
addition, an alternate delegate is elected for each district in
the event that the delegate is unavailable for that meeting
date. In the event that quorum is not met for a district
during the election for Board Members, then the Delegate
is responsible for casting the votes of the members of their
district for the Director election. The District Delegates and
Alternates are a very important and necessary function of
the Association's voting procedures.
There will be two Director seats coming up for the Board
of Directors election. This is yet another way you may serve
the community. Information and applications for these
positions are available from the Lodge front desk or on the
