Social Committee Since the Halloween party had not taken place when this article was submitted I will report on in the next Breeze. It is hard to believe but the committee is hard at work planning next year's events. It takes an incredible amount of time and discussion to get everything in place for one of our events from planning the meals to picking the music or entertainment and choosing the dates. We need to consider all the important days and dates of holidays and try and work around all of the clubs and committees we have here at Four Seasons. Hopefully all the clubs and committee representatives will attend the planning meeting that is being held on November 7 so that everyone will have a fair chance to get the event dates they want. The next big event is the New Year's Eve Party and this year the theme is "An Evening in Paris." As usual the ticket price is $50 and as last year we will have an elegant buffet. Tickets go on sale Monday, Nov. 18. at 10 am, and the last day to buy a ticket will be Dec. 22, at 12 pm. Since this is one of our more popular events I would suggest getting your tickets early and remember we only allow eight people per table due to the more formal setting. Also if you buy a full table of eight you have your choice of tables otherwise you will be placed at a table at random (this is for cost reasons) with other people until a table is full. Teri Meyer-Kelmam who has served on the committee for the last few years needed to resign due to health reasons. Pam Mayoral, who has been a member of our sub-committee, has agreed to be our Decorating chair which was a position that Teri held. I would like to thank Teri for all the hard work that she did while she was an active member of the committee. ~ Melody Seewoster Bistro Committee We meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at 11 am, in the Lodge Conference Room.
