Districts 21 & 23 Christmas Brunch District 22 Christmas Dinner Dance Light up your holidays by joining us for our annual Holiday Brunch on Fri., Dec. 13, at 10:30 am in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. We will enjoy a fare of bacon, sausage, cottage fries, scrambled eggs, spinach quiche, fruits, breads, and biscuits and gravy. We will also have coffee, tea, and orange juice. Architectural Standards The purpose of the Architectural Standards is to provide guidelines to protect, preserve and maintain the aesthetics and property values of the residences at the Sun Lakes Country Club. The standards serve to augment the Associations CC&Rs in this regard. We all agreed to abide by the CC&Rs and rules and regulations when we purchased our home in Sun Lakes.
