Crusin' Cronies Ron and Shirley have had their 1970 Bronco for over 30 years. They have towed it behind motorhomes throughout the western United States and parts of Mexico. They travel to scenic places, disconnect it, and drive to places no motorhome or camper could go. Favorite places have been Northern Arizona including places such as the Grand Canyon and other national parks in the area. Currently the Bronco has been 95 percent restored to new condition inside and out. Come out to our next meeting Jan. 4. We'd love to see you and talk about this car, old cars, new cars, ANY cars. We welcome all Sun Lakers and guests. Our members' cars range in age from 1929 to 2013. Our meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month at 8 am in the Main Clubhouse, parking lot. From there we meet at 8:30 am in the Main Clubhouse or caravan to a different location for our meeting and breakfast. We are open to all points of interest. We announce details in advance on the Internet. All group activities are planned, organized, and directed by volunteers from our group. Sun Lakes RV Club We would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year. We begin our activities for 2014 with our At Home Rally scheduled for Jan. 20, 21 and 22. This will consist of bocce for game day. The following day will be our golf tournament to be played on the Executive Course. After our two days of fun, we will finish off with our awards dinner to be held the final evening. Nov. 2 - 7: Jackson Rancheria hosted by Dick and Linda Spaulding. If you would like to enjoy the company of good friends and fun times in some beautiful settings this is the club for you. We conduct 5 rallies during the year. We offer planned activities at each of our rallies with your choice of participation. Activities may include sightseeing in the area, a round of golf, bocce ball, ring toss or bean bag baseball. Some members gather for card games in the evenings. Not the gaming type?
