Architectural
Review Committee
The activity of ARC during 2013 was busy, as many
residences have been changing landscape, adding
hardscape, adding patio covers, and painting all or a portion
of their home.
We would encourage you to read the "do's and don'ts"
in the Architectural Guidelines, should you be embarking
on a project of change or addition. Our focus is in helping
our residents to have a smooth time with any architectural
activity. With five different community sites, each one
has unique characteristics and what may work at one site,
would be difficult in another.
It is very important that any change being planned at
your residential site be brought to ARC, to insure that the
activity meets established standards. This allows ARC to
make recommendations about your plans, and to discuss
the overall outline. We want to insure your proposed plans
can be approved.
