Join the 'In Crowd'
In Beaumont, it's easy to join the "in crowd."
Just click on the city's website, www.BeaumontCares.com,
and hit the "Beaumont Insider" button.
Then, you can quickly and easily sign up for our electronic
email list, "Notify Me." You'll receive everything from the city's
latest press releases to agendas for City Council meetings.
Staying in touch
Beaumont works hard at creating a deep, rich civic life
where the community is well-informed.
In the digital age, we use things like text alerts as well as
more traditional methods like special inserts in sewer bills.
Tracy Salinas recently subscribed to "Notify Me" and now
enjoys important, timely, and interesting information about
her hometown.
"I appreciate the city reaching out and offering so much
information," Salinas said. "'Notify Me' makes a world of
difference to our community."

Many ways to stay in touch
Beaumont believes in reaching out to the community and
building hometown pride.
For example, we have a robust offering of social media on
Beaumont's website, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
and YouTube. Text alerts can be sent to residents and the
business community about city events like the Redlands
Bicycle Classic. The same goes for bus riders depending on
Pass Transit.
And if you spot a pothole in the road or a tree in the
public-right-of-way that needs trimming, just go to the city's
website, click on AskBeaumont.org, send us a note, and we'll
respond quickly to requests for public service. In the event of
