If your palette is more inclined to a darker brew, you might enjoy the sitting around the campfire Beer in History they offer one with a fruit and honey flavored "Peach Honey Wheat." When you first visit the brewery, you'll be invited try samples. When my husband and I visited, Davey Landeros was pouring and explained the make-up of each beer. My favorite is "Amber Ann," a perfect balance between dark, which my husband prefers, and light. Davey then told us about the "Rebel Society."
