Classes:
• Aqua Aerobics: For all ages and fitness levels.
Bring a water noodle. M/W/F, 10 am at the pool, $4/
person/session.
• Yoga/Pilates: This soft yoga with a fusion of Pilates
to tone your muscles and center your mind and
body. Bring a mat. M/F, 11:15 am in Ballroom, $4/
person/session.
• Zumba Gold: Designed for Seniors, with fast and
slow routines to a variety of music. Tues/Thurs,
11:15 am in Ballroom, $4/person/session.
