Here we are already into February,
and the activity so far in January has
been slow paced. A word of caution
to those thinking on planning
to change front yard landscape,
hardscape, or have solar or Dish TV
installed; please remember to start
your activity planning by contacting
the office and ARC representative
Michelle to insure that your plans begin on a positive note.
As we have discussed in the past, the ARC wants to make
any exterior changes on your residential property to be as
smooth as possible for homeowners and ARC. We to be
involved in your plans at the beginning to minimize the
need for us to require changes to projects already begun.
We want to be sure proposed plans can be approved in a
timely manner.
We look forward to the plans and changes you, the
residents, will be proposing in 2014.
