The facilities, such as the Lodge and surrounding grounds, are nine years old. Preventive maintenance is always the least costly and most effective form of maintenance. it also ensures that the association's assets are always maintained at the optimum level of condition for the benefit of all residents and the preservation of their investment in the community. Preventive maintenance is the art of preserving buildings, equipment and physical grounds through a cyclical process of regular inspections and key tasks. euclid Management has maintained a high level of inspections and reports to us and the Board of directors.
