Have you been up to the Movie Theater lately?
We have been showing some great movies, along
with an e-mail blast that comes out on Fridays to
let you know what is coming up for the next week.
I am thinking about changing the standard movie
times to account for the longer-running movies
that are coming out more and more. My proposal is
this: movies will run at 1, 4, and 7 pm EVERY day
(instead of the 2, 4:30, and 7 pm times now used).
When there is a NEW RELEASE that sounds extra
great, we will add an additional showing at 10 am
(instead of the current 11 am). This time change
would make it so we no longer have all these
varying times that can be confusing. Please let me

There are so many great events coming up…
Here is a preview so you can mark your calendars.
Be sure to watch your newsletter for additional
events by the Social Committee and Clubs. (I have
listed ticket price on events that are on sale now).
April 20 (Easter Sunday): Easter Eggstravaganza.
$7/child — Bring your grandkids to the Plaza from
2 to 4 pm for some fun. Fliers and tickets available
at the Lodge.
April 22 (Tuesday): Music on the Plaza with
"Nitro Express" (www.nitroexpressband.com)
They are a three-piece band that plays a mix of
music with a concentration on Country. Put on
your boots and hats and come on down. $5/person,
guests welcome! Fliers and tickets available at the
Lodge.
April 23 (Wednesday): HOA ANNUAL
MEETING!
May 11 (Sunday): Mother's Day Brunch
May 20 (Tuesday): Music on the Plaza with
"Escape." This is a return visit for Escape. We
first heard them as a duo – now they are back as a
4-piece band.
June 17 (Tuesday): Music on the Plaza TBA
June 28 (Saturday): Community Recycle Day
FREE to Residents. Bring your e-waste as well. List
of accepted items will be available at the Lodge.
Oct. 18 (Saturday): Car Show and Street Fair
with Arts and Crafts… more info coming! I am
looking for submissions for the Logo and T-Shirt
Design. Do you have an idea? Submit it to me by
June 1, please.
