Here are a few to give you an idea of what we're looking for… • desseIn room optImIZatIon: Daniel Ward owns Dessein and honestly loves designing rooms, closets or whatever you want built in. In my home office, he built a beautiful desk with file drawers, cabinets, and a lighted shelf for me to display my favorite books and pictures. We also had him build bookshelves with cabinets below in the family room in wood that matched the cabinets in the kitchen. I wish I had him put in our walk-in closet but, alas, I didn't know him then. • davIs floor solutIons: Phil and his lovely wife Milena came to our house to put in an epoxy floor in our three-car garage. They spent the entire first day, a total of 16 hours, sanding the floor - making it the perfect surface for the epoxy coating. The next day, they put down the color floor, a base with the colored flecks we chose. The third day, they put two coats of sealant on the entire floor. The end result is absolutely stunning. The problem is, the rest of garage look like garbage in comparison. • do-effIcIency garage doors: First and foremost, Juan is the nicest person on Earth. I will testify to that in a court of law. Professionally, he has come out to do minor repairs to our garage door, but a few months ago, I saw one of my neighbors had slammed a car into their door late one night. I jumped out of my car and said, "Wait there!" then ran to my house and got a Lifestyles Magazine to give them Juan's ad. Juan came out first thing in the morning and they were thrilled with his service. • steve elmore paIntIng: Steve painted my bedroom (which was an awful silly putty color - what was I thinking), my master bathroom, guest room and will be painting my great room and kitchen soon. He is very detail-oriented and uses the highest quality paint. He's neat, professional and, best of all, a Sun Laker! I haven't used everyone in this publication but I encourage you to get several bids on any project. If an advertiser does not live up to your expectations, I want to know that too. I try to resolve any issue between homeowner and advertiser but if there is a chronic problem, they will no longer be allowed to advertise in Lifestyles. So, rest assured, all the advertisers in this magazine are among the best in their chosen professions. So now I want to hear from YOU!
