COMMUNITy NEwS | FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2014 17 Another full agenda for Rules and Regulations in the month of August: Under review at this time; Fitness Center pool and spa rules; Board member qualifications and flag rules. Kiln policies have been finalized and will shortly be submitted to the Board for approval. A sub-committee has been established to discuss aerobics storage room guidelines. Under Community Guidelines, oil pans were added to the "junk" rule. New language was needed for Garage/Parking Lot Sales rules. As grandparents we love grandchildren visits but please remember to watch over the child at the pool and remember they move fast, like when he/she decides the tennis court is the perfect place to perfect new found skateboard skills. All residents are responsible for their signed-in guests, no matter what their age. Residents are welcome to attend monthly meetings the second Tuesday of each month in the Board Room. We respectively ask residents observing or wanting to discuss an issue to please make themselves comfortable in one of the chairs provided around the perimeter of the conference table. ~ Barbara Miller Rules & Regulations One of the topics of discussion at our July meeting was possible placement of stop signs at a few streets within Four Seasons. There would be no need for stop signs in the community if everyone kept their speed limit within 25 miles per hour, stopped at merging intersections to observe traffic conditions and if there were no traffic accidents in the community. The common themes in traffic accidents are typically lack of safety and failure to observe surrounding conditions. There is a responsibility on drivers to be aware of each other. Safety starts with the driver and should be their number one priority. Please remember to be safe and responsible for ourselves and the community. ~ Dennis Gray Safety & Facilities Our Savior's Lutheran — ELCA • Food Pantry Mon., 9 - 11 am • 16 Self Help Groups • Synagogue 3rd Friday, 7 pm • Toddler Nite Wed., 6 pm • Worship 8:30 & 10 am • Hmong Christian Alliance: Sundays 1-4, Wed Nights 7 pm (951) 849-3343 1320 W.
