The board accepted the delegate assembly's report on this matter; no action will be taken. • The board reviewed a petition from residents on Northwood Ave concerning gutter "slime." The board received a written report from Associated Engineering Consultants (AEC). The board did not take any action on this item. The report stated that the curbs and gutters were functioning as designed. • The board reviewed a recommendation to relocate the wooden lockers in the Main Clubhouse Billiard Room. The board received a quote for the work. The board rejected the proposal. • The board discussed the Room Charge Policy for homeowners. The board approved to post for member comments the revised rule eliminating the "use fee" for private parties. • The board reviewed a proposal to amend the Annual Golf Membership Refund Policy changing 50 percent of the unused portion to the spouse to 100 percent of the unused portion to the spouse upon death. The board approved this proposal to publish for member comment. • The board approved a request from the Salvation Army to host a dinner event at the Sun Lakes Ballroom in late October. • The board approved a request for sponsorship for the San Gorgonio Hospital Foundation Annual Golf Tournament in September.
