DOLLARS & SENSE At the Sept. 11 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following expenses: • Springdale painting project contract amended to include standard unit entry and garage doors = $96,413 • Purchase four new benches for Lodge entry = $1,600 GATE ACCESS The gate access stickers are now available! Homeowners will be required to exchange a transponder for the sticker and pay $10 each. Homeowners may only have a combination of up to three transponders and/or stickers. A: To join a committee, one must be an owner of record of a residential lot at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons community. Information and applications are available at the front desk for the Architectural, Bistro, Communications, Events, Emergency Preparedness, Finance, Landscape, Rules & Regulations, Safety & Facilities and Social Committees. Q: how do i contact the front gate attendant to announce guests without using a computer? A: The easiest way is to call the gate attendant at (951) 769- 4131. Q: What is Euclid management? A: They are an association management company hired to provide a variety of services including the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the association, including the Lodge, landscaping, and common area amenities under the direction of our board of directors. A: No, owners should not give guests their FOB, nor direct them to enter the Lodge unaccompanied. Guests must be with a resident at all times when on the Lodge premises.
