DOLLARS & SENSE At the Sept. 11 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following expenses: • Springdale painting project contract amended to include standard unit entry and garage doors = $96,413 • Purchase four new benches for Lodge entry = $1,600 GATE ACCESS The gate access stickers are now available! Homeowners will be required to exchange a transponder for the sticker and pay $10 each. Homeowners may only have a combination of up to three transponders and/or stickers. A: To join a committee, one must be an owner of record of a residential lot at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons community. Information and applications are available at the front desk for the Architectural, Bistro, Communications, Events, Emergency Preparedness, Finance, Landscape, Rules & Regulations, Safety & Facilities and Social Committees. Q: how do i contact the front gate attendant to announce guests without using a computer? A: The easiest way is to call the gate attendant at (951) 769- 4131. Q: What is Euclid management? A: They are an association management company hired to provide a variety of services including the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the association, including the Lodge, landscaping, and common area amenities under the direction of our board of directors. For more information, view their website at euclidmanagement.com or call (909) 981-4131. Q: Are guests allowed to use the association facilities if a homeowner gives them their FoB? A: No, owners should not give guests their FOB, nor direct them to enter the Lodge unaccompanied. Guests must be with a resident at all times when on the Lodge premises.
