"Keep on Moving," an article in the Press Enterprise, states, "Conquer
the inactivity battle… Join a local exercise class…It's important to
remember being active doesn't have to mean completing a total body
workout. Anything that gets you up and moving can significantly add
to your health and fitness as you age."
"Moving" is what we do. The class consists of six different Leslie
Sansone "Walk Fit" DVDs. The easy-to-follow routines are set to music
with varied tempo. No memorization of routines is required. Three of
the DVDs incorporate resistance bands.
Tailor the class to your own needs. The full one hour class is a four
mile walk. Leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can't
make it three days a week, that's okay too.
Men and women welcome. We are free! We meet at the Lodge
Ballroom on Mon., Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am; Thursday at

• Aqua Aerobics: For all ages and fitness
levels. Bring a water noodle. M/W/F, 9
am at the pool, $4/person/session.
• Yoga/Pilates: This soft yoga with a
fusion of Pilates to tone your muscles
and center your mind and body. Bring
a mat. M/F, 10:15 am in Ballroom, $4/
person/session.
• Zumba Gold: Designed for Seniors,
with fast and slow routines to a variety
of music. Tues/Thurs, 11:15 am in
Ballroom, $4/person/session.
