15 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | October 2014 |
As we approach October, the Access Control Committee
has tackled a heap of issues and passed them on to the Board
of Directors for their action. Case in point refers to the Post
Orders. Post Orders are a document that directs the business
activities of our security service. Yes, their conduct falls within
the purview of the committee and the Board.
It is our responsibility to develop working/operational orders
so that the security service discharges their responsibilities
according to our professional input/judgment. This document
reflects the input/judgments of Four Seasons Residents, plus
your appointed and elected leadership. In other words, when
residents bring up a security issue, it is evaluated and can
become an integral part of a document. We are just saying
"thanks for your input."
As we negotiate a contract for security services, we are also
relying on input from residents during the past year. That
information will help guide use as we review all aspects of the
G4S contract and their past responsiveness.
As we approach winter and its many challenges, may your
days be safe and secure.
