Fogle was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 23, 1921 and passed away on June 17, 2014 at 92 years young. One word to describe him...fun! He loved living in Sun Lakes and being a part of all it had to offer for 24 years. Most notable Bocce tournaments, playing golf (excelling at his short game), a bit of poker, and learning the art of stained glass. He had a lifelong love of fishing, photography, football and family. Having served in the US Navy and the US Army in the early 1940s he was a veteran of WWII. He was president of his own company and worked in the plastic laminate business for most of his employment years. Both his sister, Margaret Fogle and his wife, Bernice J. Fogle, preceded him in death but not before he and Bernice celebrated 68 fun anniversaries together. He is survived by his daughter Francine Drevs, and son-in-law Ron. He loved being a Grandpa - playing with and teaching his two grandchildren often by sharing his acquired pearls of wisdom. Surviving him also are: Brent Drevs and Holly (Drevs) Halliday of Oregon. These two in turn have added more blessings to his family. May his legacy of love, hard work and scheduled fun continue on through all seven of his great grandchildren: Zoey, Canon, Cassidy, Jonah, Kyden, Rayne, and Faith. You are missed our beloved Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, husband, and friend. We will all carry you in our hearts and lives forever. Friends we will miss We want to remember your loved ones in the "Friends We Will Miss" section, above, but we need your help. Please be sure to get us the information about their passing.
