If you are joining the Men's Golf Club for the first time, applications are in the main Pro Shop and your $63 registration fee includes your remaining 2014 and 2015 handicaps with the S.C.G.A./ G.H.I.N. and the opportunity of playing in all of our remaining tournaments in 2014 and 2015! In addition, our members play monthly for Hole In One, Shoot Your Age Or Better, plus Player of the Month (in each flight) for scrip and golf ball awards. On Wed., Nov. 5, we will be playing our November Quarterly Tournament, immediately following golf is our optional luncheon and final business meeting for 2014 in the Ballroom. Remember you must be present at the meeting to win any of the drawings! On Sat., Nov. 15, we will play a two man scramble! Either pick your partner or just sign up and we will find a partner for you. Look for the tournament rules and sign up sheets in our main Pro Shop. If you are not already a member, join our Men's Golf Club today and enjoy our very special Sun Lakes Country Club golfing experience on our beautiful and always challenging Championship Golf Course, plus, meet and play with some great guys! Executive Men's Golf Men's Golf Fall is in the air, the days are getting shorter, and plans are underway for the end of the year Third Friday holiday lunch. Our final tournament for 2014 will be a 4-club format (four clubs including your putter) followed by a traditional Thanksgiving lunch on Fri., Nov. 21. Again this year, those attending lunch will have the opportunity for some special prizes. We meet every Friday morning at 8:30 am at the North Clubhouse for a 9 am tee time. If you are interested in joining in on the fun and challenge of the Sun Lakes Executive Course you are encouraged to come out some Friday morning. We are open to all male Sun Lakes residents interested in golf, fun, and camaraderie. Every week you can enter to win money for closest to the pin. Tournament winners have money credited to their accounts which can be used for purchases in the Pro Shop or Restaurant/Lounge. New member forms are available in the North Pro Shop or EMGC website.
