COMMUNITY NEWS | FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2014 19 At our October meeting, we covered a number of items in maintenance. A few of these projects are of interest. There is an upgrade to the Wi-Fi installation at the Lodge. The project is nearly complete and should enhance computer operations in and around the Lodge. There is a painting project at the Lodge. This is nearly complete and this project should enhance the interior views. There is a fountain overhaul project that has gone to the Board of Directors for approval. The committee covered, under new business, items for bids in pool renovation and a tennis court windscreen. As the facility ages, there is a continued need for maintenance. The general condition of our 10 year old Lodge is in good working order due to regular upkeep. The committee is proud to have Jan Bushmann as a new member and her service to the committee and the community is most appreciated. The next meeting of the Safety and Facilities committee is Nov. 4, at 9 am at the Lodge. ~ Dennis Gray Safety & Facilities The Bistro committee did not meet in September. The next meeting is Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 11 am, in the Lodge Conference Room. All homeowners are invited to attend. ~ William Taylor Bistro Committee Connie Cordero, Four Seasons resident Independent Beauty Consultant (562) 677-4763 • (951) 769-6817 1486 Signal Peak, Beaumont ccordero220@marykay.com • marykay.com/ccordero220 FREE HostEss GiFt! for any resident who hosts a Four Seasons Party 10% oFF! any purchase for Four Seasons resident COSMETICS
