The community has an agreement with the City of Beaumont Police Department to monitor the speed within the community and give citations to drivers not abiding by the posted speed limit. The court questioned whether the posted speed limit was appropriate and requested a traffic survey be conducted. The traffic survey is complete and the recommendation is to increase the speed limit on Four Seasons Circle from 25 mph to 30 mph. All other streets within the community will remain at 25 mph. The Board adopted the traffic survey recommendations and new signs have been purchased for Four Seasons Circle. PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET Just a reminder, as a pet owner it is your responsibility to pick up after your pet. It has been noted that many dog owners are not picking up after their pets. For your convenience, pet stations throughout the community provide bags. Please be courteous and respectful of other residents who wish to have clean yards and common areas. Thank you for your cooperation. SAVE MONEY — SIGN UP FOR EMAIL OPTION Recently the 2015 Annual Budget Report and Annual Policy Statement and Disclosures were mailed to all homeowners. You may not know that this packet costs each owner $7.22 to copy and mail. This includes $1.82 for postage, 30¢ for envelopes/labels, and $5.10 for copies. In order to reduce costs and do your part for the environment, please consider signing up to receive these documents electronically. If you have already done so, thank you!
