16 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2014 | COMMUNITy NEWS
I wasn't there for the Halloween party but from
the reports that I am getting it was a howling
success. People tell me that the costumes were
out of this world, the food was really good and a
devilish good time was had by all. Although the
committee, as usual, did an outstanding job I think
a huge thank you needs to go to Cindy Graves and
Nellie Alcocer for all their good ideas and all the
hard work they put into this event.
Ticket sales have been going well for the New
Years' Eve gala. If you have not bought yours yet I
hope it is not too late. If there are no tickets left be
sure to put your name on the waiting list as there
are always tickets that have to be re-sold at the
very end even up to the day before the event.
Something new this year — be the first one to
find the 'Cup of Noodle' Christmas tree ornament
(right) on the Lodge Christmas tree and win
a Smithy's gift certificate. When you find it be
sure to get hold of Cindy (or anyone in the Lodge
office) and make sure they record your name, date
and time that you found the ornament. Look hard
as it will not be easy to find. Good luck.
See you all New Years' Eve. ~ Melody Seewooster

Welcome to all our new neighbors! Winter is almost officially
here and may, if we are lucky, bring us some much needed
rain storms. Thinking about rain may make you think about
installing gutters on your new home. Remember to submit an
application for your gutters to the ARC Committee before they
are installed. Gutters are required on all solid patio covers as
well.
Just a reminder that before you place that satellite dish on
your home approval by this committee is needed.
Anyone who is interested in seeing our committee at work is
welcome to come and observe at one of our meetings. We meet
on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am at the
Lodge. ~ Marsha Gormly
