The Holiday Homes Open House Tour is scheduled for Dec. 13. Tickets are $10 per person and are now on sale. The Tour will be open to guests as well. Residents may purchase tickets for their guests. This will require the resident's personal check to cover that cost. All proceeds from the Holiday Homes Open House Tour go to the children of the Angel Tree. Yes, your Four Seasons board of directors approved a recommendation from the Access Control Committee, and signed a new contract for security services. The new contractor is AlliedBarton Security Services. Allied Barton is a world-wide provider of security services. They currently provide services to the Four Seasons in Beaumont plus many more locales in the Inland Empire area. They come highly recommended and have a favorable rating at all facilities they cover. G4S and Pinkerton held the contract for the past ten years. Therefore, when it came time to contract for security services, G4S was invited to compete. They submitted a proposal however, Allied Barton had a lower, more responsive and innovative proposal. Also, Allied Barton had a number of desirable services and technological resources, not being utilized by G4S here at Four Seasons. Lt. Juanita Pomerlean and most of the security staff will transition to the AlliedBarton staff. Additionally you will see a new vehicle and, accordingly, the security staff uniform will change, but we pledge service levels will be better. To assure that the new company's services are top notch, they will be evaluated within six months, by the Access Control Committee.
