13 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | January 2015 | Facilities Committee This has been a very busy year for the Facilities Committee. Many of our attributes are starting to show their age and are in need of major face lifts. Prime examples are the Lodge, the Plaza and the Pool Area. Exterior renovation of the Lodge is in full progress, Plaza renovation and expansion is being planned and engineered to more effectively meet our needs and the pool area renovation has been completed. These major projects are being and have been completed without causing any budget overload. Other smaller projects are being completed as well. Most have been reported in previous articles. A couple of recent changes that are in work are the window shade addition at the Game Room and the Workout Room rearrangement and equipment replacement which are both in progress. As has been noted in previous articles, our Committee is continually inspecting the common areas of the Community but we have only so many eyes. If you notice any items that need repair or replacement please fill out the communication form available at the front desk so that we can take quick action to fix any items that are not up to Community standards. Financial Report Social Committee Happy New Year to All! What a great year of parties and events it has been! The Social Committee would like to thank the members of our Four Seasons Community who supported our events, especially our chair people and their committees. Remember if you want to volunteer for next year or have any ideas, contact Marilyn Rhyne or any member of the Social Committee. We think of New Year's Eve as our November/December event. Therefore there will not be a party in January, but Louise has booked a Comedy Show to entertain us on Jan. 18. We are looking forward to a different and very interesting evening. A Wine Tasting event is planned for March. We will have more details about that and our other 2015 events in our next newsletter. So stay tuned for further information.
