Leave at 11:15 am. Landis Performing Arts Center, Riverside. For three generations, a vibrant community in Washington Heights is on the brink of change. Lunch at the Market Broiler in Riverside. Feb. 15: "Dracula." Leave at 12:45 pm. Lunch at Applebee's before the show. Theater in the round at Banning Womens' Club. Audience will be in the set. Feb. 18: "Drama Club Presents The Annual Violin And Piano Concert," $10. Main Clubhouse Ballroom. This is the 10th anniversary of these world class musicians from Japan and San Francisco coming to Sun Lakes. The group features the magnificent violinist, Maki Ishil Sowash. This is a concert you don't want to miss. Dinner at 5 pm in the dining room before the show. Show starts at 7 pm. Call Helen Thorne at 845-8437 by Feb. 16 for reservations. Our next dinner meeting is Fri., Jan. 9, at 6 pm in the South Clubhouse. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Happy seventh birthday to us! Yes, we are having our seventh birthday and we would like you to come and help celebrate. Thomas Caterer's will be dishing up their fabulous Prime Rib Dinner with all the trimmings and vegetarian dishes…and, of course, a yummy, yummy dessert. We are subsidizing (this month only) the difference for your usual dinner charge of $13, as these entrees are an additional cost to the club. Therefore, your cost will still be $13. Guests are $15. Don't forget, 2015 dues are now due. If your dues are not paid prior to Jan. 31, you may not participate in any Social Singles activities (except bus trips) until your dues are paid. Whether you are new or a returning member, please fill out an application. You may get one at the meeting, or in the Main Clubhouse.
