Happy new year! 8 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2015 | COMMUNITY NEWS Manager's Update By Jeri Mupo, General Manager BUILDING UPDATE FORUM K. Hovnanian has agreed to provide monthly community updates before each Board meeting. The forum will be held from 12:45 to 1 pm in the Ballroom on the second Thursday of each month. The purpose is for K. Hovnanian to answer any submitted questions. Please submit any questions that you wish to have answered at the Forum by 12 pm on the Tuesday prior to the Board meeting. This will provide time if your question requires research. SPRINGDALE PAINTING PROJECT The Springdales are scheduled to be painted beginning Jan. 5, and should be completed by Feb. 25. Individual notices will be sent to each Springdale homeowner with their scheduled date. We look forward to seeing a fresh look! UNDER CONSTRUCTION Recreation Center North (the former Sales Office) has begun renovations. All construction should be completed around the end of February. We appreciate your patience regarding the dust and noise. DOLLARS & SENSE At the Dec. 11, Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following expenses: • Tennis/Paddle Tennis Court fence painting = $10,200 • Exterior Lodge re-lamp project = $3,290 • Sign replacement/purchase = $4,384.80 WINTER FROST It's hard to believe that winter is upon us and the cooler weather will soon be coming. Please be careful when walking on the sidewalks in the morning. They may be slick with ice and/or mud. It's January and time for that New Year clean up after the holidays. Be sure to locate those Four Seasons library books you've been meaning to take back to the Lodge, so that they can be included in our library wide reorganization project.
