B B B B B B B 19 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | February 2015 | Our Featured Artist: Patrick Barry For their 41st anniversary, Patrick wanted to give his wife, Ginette, something special so he made her a necklace. That was three years ago and it was the first piece of jewelry he had ever made. Since that time he has found that not only is making jewelry enjoyable for him but that he has the gift of designing and creating some beautiful pieces of art. Having spent 18 years in Africa with the Peace Corps, Patrick uses African trade beads in much of his work. He is now a member of the Art Alliance of Idyllwild and is a firm believer that each of us has an artistic talent that we should nourish; "Retirement affords opportunities that should not be wasted." Patrick's jewelry is for sale. If you wish to contact him, please call at (951) 440-1639 or email him at pbbarry@hotmail. com. The "Be a Part of Art" canvas is on display.
