| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | February 2015 | 6 Your annual "Membership Meeting" is just a couple of months away. The meeting is tentatively set for the month of April. This year marks the first year that the elections will produce a board made up entirely of homeowners. There will be voting for the election of three directors. In your March billing you will receive a "Notice of Election & Call for Candidates" and a "Request for Candidates" statement (resume). For any owners in good standing who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please fill out the resume and return it by the deadline indicated on the form. Please take note that serving on the board is a serious commitment (as mentioned in the President's Message). Board members serve for two years. Whether or not you want to volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors, please exercise your rights as an owner and vote! Side Yard Maintenance: It's that time of the year to send a friendly reminder to all owners who have side yards to take a look at those areas and perform any needed maintenance, such as trimming shrubs back off of the sidewalk, weed removal, dead limb/plant replacement, etc. This really will help keep up the neighborhood! We appreciate your help in advance. I have been asked to mention that there are dogs being let out of the house without a leash and allowed to wander around the neighboring homes. The dogs are allowed to follow their owner to the mailbox, wander around the common area and other places like the fairways. Dogs not on a leash in the common area is a violation of our rules and those of the city of Hemet and it puts the dog, and possibly other pets nearby, in danger. Dogs are not always predictable when around other animals. Also another common occurrence is the waste bags are continuing to be left in the planters along Four Seasons Blvd. Please take them home! Our landscapers have other more important tasks to do than to pick up your doggy bags. I get a lot of verbal complaints about this and other violations and management staff cannot act upon verbal complaints. If you witness someone breaking the rules and you know where they live, please take the time to come to the Lodge and fill out a Resident Complaint Form. Frequent violators need to be reported or nothing will change. Please help keep your community looking neat and attractive. Happy Valentine's Day! Guys, it's the 14th. I'm just sayin'.
