This show will showcase Nick D'Egidio as Frank Sinatra, Justin Shandor as Elvis Presley and Rob Garrett as Neil Diamond. There will also be a special guest performance by Rosanna Telford as Connie Francis. This is a show you don't want to miss out on! Tickets will go on sale Fri., Jan. 2 and remember this is theater seating so there are no assigned seats. RANDY RIGGLE'S "NOSTALGIA SHOW" Fri., March 20, 7 pm, doors open at 6 pm, Main Clubhouse Ballroom, $7 pp. Randy Riggle's "Nostalgia Show" takes you down memory lane with your '57 Chevy as we remember the times and people who changed our lives. Randy entertains his audiences with stories, gun slinging, dancing, and pantomime. His observational humor about the era is complimented with over 40 impersonations and a special tribute to veterans. The entire revue is backed with a multi-media slide presentation. Join us for an evening of nostalgic memories of a by-gone era. Get ready to remember when! Tickets go on-sale starting Jan. 2. This will be theater seating, first come first served. SPRING CRAFT SHOW Sat., March 21, 9 am – 2 pm, Main Clubhouse Ballroom. It is that time of the year for our Spring Craft Show! Sun Lakes residents will have a variety of homemade crafts and goodies for sale. Crafts include jewelry, wood working, paintings, clothes, knitted items, and more! The event is free and door prizes will be given out! Join us in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom for this spectacular yearly event which is sure to blow you away with all the crafty talent that the residents of Sun Lakes possess. If you would like to be a vendor at this year's Spring Craft Show, registration starts on Mon., Feb. 16 at 8:30 am in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. CHILI COOK-OFF Sat., April 4, 11 am – 2 pm, Main Clubhouse Veranda; $5 per entry, $3 for tasting ticket. The air around the Veranda will be filled with the delicious and delightful aroma of peppers, tomatoes, beans, meat, spices and secret ingredients. Why you ask? Well, the Veranda will be the site of a fabulous Chili Cook- off. Residents, clubs and districts are being asked to find out who makes the best chili in Sun Lakes. For all who would like to participate, registration sheets can be picked up starting Mon., Feb. 2 at the Main Clubhouse. The registration fee will be $5 per entry. For those that are not registering their famous chili but would like to judge and/or try all the different chili's, you can purchase an unlimited tasting ticket for only $3. That's a pretty inexpensive and tasty lunch if you ask me. In addition, there will be a drink table to purchase your favorite beer or soda and even water to quench your thirst. This is promised to be a terrific and very delicious event that you won't want to miss. Judging will be at 1:30 pm and trophies will be awarded so make sure you are there.
