We meet at the South Clubhouse each Thursday with weigh- ins starting at 9 am and meeting from 10 to11am. The following TOPS members are learning how sensible nutrition, portion control and regular physical activity are making a difference in their lives. They are TOPS Best Losers for the month: Agna Harper, John Wright, Suzanne Strauss, Jeanie Dana, Ruth Schoonover, and Delores Storey. KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensible) at goal or under are Pat Bonarigo, Linda Callahan, Audrey Carey, Mary Ellen Carroll, Patricia Chesnut, Lou Evans, Donna Leone, Dorothy Monterville, Fran Rayner, Rosalee Strong, and Nora Van Wert. Congratulations to all of you! Our TOPS members are participating in the TOPS Million Mile Walk. We are on the move in 2015. A special thanks to Beverly Reneau and Lillie Brown for a wonderful job as our Weight Recorders for 2014. We just recently completed our year end resume and weight charts to determine the Best Losers for 2014. Job well done! Winners will be announced in March 2015. Tops (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Low Vision Support Group Join us for the new Low Vision Support Group. We meet the 2nd and 4th Monday each month from 10 am to 12 noon in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. The purpose of this group is to empower visually impaired people to live fulfilling lives. We will share information regarding the basics of blindness and visual impairment. We will discuss the emotional impact of sight loss and how to cope with the changes in lifestyle. During each meeting we will have a speaker and provide tips on how to safely get around your home and community. Resources will be developed to help our group. Info., Rita Skwara, 267-3054.
