COMMUNITY NEWS | FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2015 21 At our meeting on Dec. 30, the Financial Statements for November 2014 were reviewed and reflected the following significant items: Net income year-to-date was $180,340 and total reserves were $4,671,952. The accounts receivable (delinquencies) was $53,828. Our total HOA expenses for November (excluding reserve allocations) were $226,557. This was under budget by $27,252. The front yard cost center expenses for November 2014 were under the monthly budget by $2,084. The Springdale cost center expenses for November 2014 were over the monthly budget by $865. There were no CD renewals to be reviewed. Mary Beth Scott will have a First Service Residential representative attend the January Finance Committee meeting to discuss options for investing. There was one vendor proposal presented and it was tabled until the next meeting in order that comparative bids might be obtained. Accounts receivable update by Wayne Staples noted that the number of homeowners with delinquencies remains essentially stable. Jeri Mupo, General Manager, provided additional information on the HOA telephone line locations and functions noting that more research will be needed to arrive at a final recommendation for reducing costs. Our next meeting is Feb. 24 at 1 pm in the Lodge Conference Room. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. ~ Noel Myers Finance Committee The Bistro committee did not meet in December.
