Paisanos really know how to have fun! Do not miss our Chili Cook-off to be held on March 6 at the South Clubhouse. Hopefully most of you have already signed up, but for those of you who haven't, the cut-off date is Mon., March 2. Please call Provi Donadio for reservations at 845-1601. As a reminder, our meeting is in the South Clubhouse and doors open at 5 pm. Come dressed ready for a hoe down and be prepared to taste and judge the entries for the chili cook-off! Our menu for the evening will be chili with all the fixings, albondigas soup, salad and corn bread followed by Texas sheet cake for dessert. Coffee and water will be provided and, as always, you are welcome to BYOB. The cost for this event is $13. Our program committee has planned some lively entertainment after the meal.
