FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2015 21 At our Jan. 27 meeting, the following was accomplished: The Financial Statements for December 2014 were reviewed and reflected the following significant items: Net Income Year-to-Date was $103,721 and total reserves were $4,713,654. The Accounts Receivable (delinquencies) was $57,380. Our total HOA expenses for December (excluding reserve allocations) were $245,599. This was under budget by $5,479. We finished the year 2014 under budget on expenses by $348,429. The Front Yard Cost Center expenses for December 2014 were under the monthly budget by $1,100. The Springdale Cost Center Expenses for December 2014 were under the monthly budget by $1,046. There were no CD renewals to be reviewed. The First Service Residential representative that was scheduled for this meeting was rescheduled for a later date. Len Tavernetti, Landscape Committee Chair, gave us a recap of the year's activity. There were ten Vendor Proposals presented and recommendations forwarded to the BOD. Accounts Receivable update by Wayne Staples noted that the number of homeowners with delinquencies remains essentially stable. With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 4 pm. Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held March 31, at 2 pm in the Lodge Conference Room. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. ~ Noel Myers Finance Committee The New Homeowners Meet and Greet Dessert Orientation was held Jan. 21. It was attended by 90 people and was very successful. The next orientation is planned for May 6. At our January meeting we reviewed suggestions for expansion of the Bistro. We will forward our recommendations to the Board of Directors. The next meeting is March 24, at 11 am, in the Lodge Conference Room. All homeowners are invited to attend. ~ William Taylor Bistro Committee
