Here's what we know so far. • The bridge needed to complete the Four Seasons Circle loop will be finished in late 2016 to early 2017. • The widening of Highland Springs Avenue south from Crooked Creek will begin around June 2015, with planned completion at the end of 2015. • There will be approximately 1,890 homes at build out, which is expected in 2020. • The Breckenridge gate will not be available for residents until completion of build out. • Grading for the So Cal Edison easement trail began in mid-January. • The sidewalks within the Summit, our new recreation center 2, were required and approved by the city of Beaumont. • The indoor pool area windows and doors were designed to meet the dehumidifying, heating and air conditioning requirements for that space. • Official grading of areas E1 and E2 has not begun yet. The builder is just moving dirt from there to area D for its development, and will be completed by the end of February. • There are no plans for handicap access crossing Four Seasons Circle at Plymouth Rock. Other access areas are available. • Repairs to the wall on Crooked Creek are currently being reviewed. No date is available at this time. • There are no plans for a dog park at this time. • A proposal for connecting the west end of Trail B to White Sands is being reviewed.
