At our February meeting, we reviewed
two suggestions from the suggestion
box. No action is needed. The kitchen
drains were pumped out and are now
on a contract for this service every three
months. The Committee discussed
and finalized its recommendation for
the expansion of the Bistro dining
area. The Committee forwarded this
recommendation to the Board.
The next meeting is April 28, at 11
am in the Lodge Conference Room. All
homeowners are invited to attend. ~

Have you picked up your copy of the Community
Guideline manual yet? Make a point to go to the Lodge and
pick up your copy today. The front office staff has compiled
a list of all residents at Four Seasons and will ask you to
locate your street address, name and sign, documenting you
have received your copy of the manual.
The Rules & Regulations Committee meets the second
Tuesday of each month, 9 am in the Lodge Conference
Room and all residents are invited to attend the meeting. ~
