22 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2015
Our Mardi Gras event was a night to remember.
Thomas Catering did another outstanding job with the
dinner and the DJ kept the dance floor hopping. The committee
did a great job with the decorations and it was fun having some
games to keep things interesting. Congratulations to all the
winners. A big thank you to Thomas and Regina, our king and
queen for this event, they both did a wonderful job. Also thanks
to the high school students from Thomas' school for all their
help. It was greatly appreciated.
The committee is busy working on the next event which
will be the annual Tea and Fashion Show on June 6. Mark your
calendars now since this is one show you ladies will not want to
miss. ~ Melody Seewoster

If you are planning on a desert landscape for your front yard
please remember that one third of that desert landscape has to
be green. You will need to have enough living plants to cover
one third of the front yard. Artificial turf is considered as green
landscape. Submit your plans for yard work (back and front) to
the committee before work is started.
If you are considering changing the color of your home, front
door or shutters, please remember that the colors you choose
are approved colors that already exist in our community. You
must have approval before work can begin.
Permanent fire pits must be gas to meet with our regulations.
Anyone who is interested in seeing our committee at work is
welcome to come and observe one of our meetings. We meet
on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am in the
Lodge Board Room. ~ Marsha Gormley
