Skyline Express, one of our favorite bands, will provide music for dancing and listening pleasure. The dinner buffet starts at 6:30 pm by table call and you are sure to find some of your Mexican favorites on it. There will be two buffet tables with two serving lines on each. The kitchen makes a big attempt to keep them well filled. You will find colored tortilla chips with salsa on your table along with a pre-set dinner salad of tomatoes/red onion rings, cilantro/jicama and ranch and orange vin salad dressings. The entrees will be chicken enchiladas, pork chili verde, seasoned refried beans topped with cheese, Spanish rice, and a condiment station with diced onion/cilantro, and salsa. A dessert of flan will be table served along with coffee. Iced tea along with refill water can be found on a side board.
