To answer this question, please see the list below. This information can also be found on our website www.sunlakescc.com, on the left hand side, under the FAQ's link. 1. You can pay your HOA Assessment by check or cashier's check by mailing it to P.O. Box 54120, Los Angeles, CA 90054. 2. You can set up Auto-Debit (ACH) from your bank account. PCM offers you the opportunity to make your assessment payments automatically. This can be done by providing our office with written authorization to transfer funds from your checking or savings account on the fifth day of each month. The Auto Debit Form can be picked up in the Administration Office. The form must be filled out and submitted to the administration office or PCM corporate office: 23726 Birtcher Drive Lake Forest CA, 92630. 3. Online Assessment payment (one time transactions with credit cards and e-checks). For this option, you must register online and there is a fee to process the payment. These transactions are paid through a 3rd party vendor, PayLease, and PayLease charges the following fees for this service: You may view your account at any time by logging onto www.sunlakescc.com, click on "My Account" and choose your association, then follow instructions located in the middle of the page. First time users will need to register first and there is a link on the page to help you through the process. Finally, if you have any questions, you can always call or see Kelly or Desiree in the Administration Office, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, or 1 to 5 pm. RV Storage at Sun Lakes Summer is just around the corner and it's time to start planning for fun! If your summer plans include traveling in your motorhome, boating, or some type of recreational fun, we have the perfect place to store your vehicles. Sun Lakes Country Club has its own exclusive and affordable Recreational Storage Lot facility just for our residents. We have spaces available from 30 feet to 55 feet. Although the RV Storage Lot is designated for recreational vehicles only, under certain circumstances (approved by the RV Committee) the spaces may be leased by vehicles other than recreational (please call for further details). Our Recreational Storage Lot has just upgraded the security and added more lighting to keep your vehicles as safe and secure as possible.
