Pizza Night Room Service Indoor Picnic Game Night • Pizza Dough ( I sometimes use pre-made crust to make it easy) • BBQ Sauce • cooked chicken • diced onions • cilantro • cashews • mozzarella cheese • Layer it up and follow directions on pizza crust. BBQ Chicken Pizza Get in the kitchen and make homemade pizza together. Keep it traditional or switch it up and make it fancy. Make your bed cozy and eat this delicious snack on trays while watching a movie. Cinnamon Sugar French Toast • 6 eggs • 3/4 cup half n half or milk • 1 tsp. cinnamon • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • 1 Tbsp. white sugar • pinch of salt • bread (whichever you prefer) Beat it all together and dip each side of bread in mixture. Grill or bake until golden brown. Top with syrup and powdered sugar. Pack a picnic basket with sandwiches and eat outside on a blanket or even inside on the floor with a blanket. Italian Ciabatta Sandwiches Pick a favorite board game and make your favorite appetizers. Maybe do a little beer or wine tasting. Loaded Baked Potatoes • Russet potatoes • crumbled bacon • olive oil • garlic salt • pepper • cheese • green onions • sour cream Cook potatoes until soft. Cut in half and hollow out. Flip peel side up on foil and brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Broil on high 5 min. Flip potatoes over and brush with olive oil. Broil another 5 min. Load with cheese and bacon and broil until melted and bubbly. Add toppings as you wish. • Ciabatta sandwich rolls • sliced salami • sliced ham • salt and pepper • prepared pesto (store bought is fine) • basil leaves or arugula • sliced tomatoes, drenched in olive oil and balsamic vinegar • sliced Mozzarella, Provolone, or Asiago Cheese A bit before you plan to make your sandwiches, slice your tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper, then pour a couple teaspoons of olive oil and vinegar over them. Let them sit for a while to soak in all that delicious flavor.
