Guitar Club
We extend our sincere condolences on the loss of Joyce Clark, wife of founding Guitar Club member Hal Clark. We send our
love and sympathy to Hal and the Clark family.
We are open to any interested resident who wishes to play the guitar. The first Friday of each month we focus on "Improving the
Guitar." Jerry Hawkins, our bass player, will be providing some useful instruction: "Knowing your guitar" as well as strumming
techniques. Bob Hagen, our Guitar Club leader, helps us with chord shortcuts to add some interest to strumming patterns. The
third Friday we focus on "improving your performance." We also manage to fit in a few songs and have a good time sharing and
playing guitar.
Members include Russ Brown, Hank Callaghan, Hal Clark, Lois Cowan, Gerry Edmonds, Cynthia Ellingworth, Orville
Ellingworth, Bob Hagen, Jerry Hawkins, Sandy Iannotti, Michael Lindstrom, Mike Murphy, Linda Negrete, Bud Piraino, and Bob
